We ship domestically and internationally. All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or DHL. Standard shipping within the U.S. for orders over $150.00 is free. For International shipping, we offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. The threshold for free shipping may vary based on promotions and your location.
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 3 - 5 business days for delivery. For international shipments, please allow 7 - 21 days for delivery depending on destination and selected delivery service.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Also, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes. We are not responsible for delayed delivery, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise once your order has been shipped.
Once delivery confirmation number has been received, all claims should be made with USPS, FedEx or DHL. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees that are incurred from importing our products.
A tracking number will be provided once the order is submitted to USPS, FedEx or DHL. The orders will be your property at as soon as it's shipped to the address provided to us. We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.

We do not authorize the purchase of our merchandise for resale purposes. We may at our sole discretion: limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders which we believe to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
These restrictions include: orders placed by or under the same customer account, credit card, or orders that used the same billing and/or shipping address. We also reserve the right to cease doing business with customers who are violating these policies.
