Rich Mercedes Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If your purchase isn’t the right fit, Rich Mercedes offers size exchanges or store credit within 21 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the value of the item. Refunds are not offered.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a shipment error occurs on our end, Rich Mercedes will cover the return shipping.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
• Promotional items
• Limited releases
• Discounted items
• Pre-orders
• Signature Drops

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
